Les ventes des albums de Michael s'arrachent sur Internet, et les actionnaires de Sony Music savent que le décès du chanteur va permettre au label de passer une excellente année sur le plan financier. Voire peut-être même de retrouver la pleine propriété d'une filiale majeure détenue en commun avec Michael Jackson. Et de développer la diversité culturelle ? C'est moins sûr.

Le business de la mort, que nous avions déjà décrit dans une moindre échelle avec les morts de Grégory Lemarchal ou d'Henry Salvador, reprend du service à une échelle démultipliée avec le décès inattendu de la star internationale Michael Jackson. A leur corps défendant, en cette période de crise et juste après le rachat des parts de Bertelsmann dans Sony BMG, la mort du roi de la pop est une excellente nouvelle pour les actionnaires de Sony. C'est le pragmatisme cynique de la finance.

Cinquantenaire et très affaibli par ses déboires personnels et physiques, Michael Jackson ne donnait depuis longtemps plus l'impression de pouvoir à nouveau sortir un album à succès. La géniale et immense star est morte la nuit dernière, mais l'artiste s'était déjà éteint depuis longtemps. Pour Sony Music, qui détient les droits des albums enregistrés par Michael Jackson, l'effet d'aubaine est immédiat.

Michael Jackson, qui songeait à s'autoproduire sur Internet, ne donnait aucun espoir de forte rentabilité à Sony pour les prochaines années. Mais aujourd'hui, alors que la crise du disque bat son plein, les anciens albums de l'artiste s'arrachent comme jamais, au point qu'à l'heure où nous rédigeons ces lignes, les 20 meilleures ventes d'Amazon.fr sont toutes exclusivement des albums ou des coffrets de Michael Jackson ! Du jamais vu. Même phénomène sur iTunes, où le classement des albums les plus vendus est déjà largement dominé par la discographie de Michael Jackson. L'effet, probablement, va durer à grands coups de best-of et de sorties inédites.

Les plateformes d'écoute de musique en ligne qui proposent légalement Michael Jackson et qui rémunèrent Sony Music pour chaque écoute sont également prises d'assaut, comme en témoigne ce graphique communiqué par Last.fm, qui indique le nombre d'écoutes de ses morceaux par heure :


La fortune que va gagner Sony BMG "grâce à la mort" de Michael Jackson est d'autant plus amère pour les fans que la star était depuis de nombreuses années en conflit avec son ancienne maison de disques. En 2000, Jackson pensait pouvoir retrouver la propriété de ses bandes d'enregistrements, ce qui devait lui permettre de faire lui-même la promotion de ses anciens albums et de relancer sa carrière. Mais il a alors découvert que le contrat était ficelé de telle manière qu'il n'aurait pas la propriété de ses bandes avant de longues années, et que ce contrat avait été négocié en son nom par un avocat qui représentait également Sony BMG.

Par ailleurs, en 1995 Michael Jackson avait fusionné à parts égales son calalogue de droits d'édition Northern Songs avec la division d'édition de Sony, devenue alors Sony/ATV Music Publishing. La joint-venture détient des droits très importants comme ceux d'Elvis Presley, Eminem, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson... ou ceux des chansons écrites par John Lennon et Paul McCartney avant la séparation des Beatles en 1971. Une véritable mine d'or dont Sony a régulièrement essayé d'obtenir la pleine propriété.

Michael Jackson s'était toujours refusé à vendre sa moitié de Sony/ATV, mais Sony savait que si la situation financière du chanteur se dégradait, elle aurait une chance de proposer une somme suffisamment attirante pour que Jackson l'accepte. Lorsque Jackson a informé Tommy Mottola, qui était alors dirigeant de Sony Music Entertainment, de son intention de quitter la maison de disques juste après la sortie de son album Invincible, Mottola a annulé toutes les campagnes de promotion et les tournages de clips qui étaient prévus. L'album s'est très mal vendu, et les finances du chanteur se sont sérieusement dégradées.

En 2008, Michael Jackson étant fortement endetté, a finalement accepté une proposition de Sony Music de céder la moitié de ses parts de Sony/ATV, pour ne garder que 25 % de la joint venture. Après la mort du chanteur, on ne sait pas ce que vont devenir ces 25 %. Y a-il un pacte d'actionnaires qui permettra à Sony de les acheter en priorité, ou les ayants droit de Michael Jackson vont-ils décider de les conserver ?

Enfin, il faudra observer Sony Music sur les deux ou trois prochaines années. Pour justifier l'existence d'un droit d'auteur qui survit 70 ans après la mort de l'auteur, et pour les maisons de disques au moins 50 ans après l'enregistrement, les majors ont toujours prétendu que les recettes réalisées sur les fonds de catalogue avec les artistes décédés permettaient de financer la production d'albums de nouveaux artistes. Avec le funeste jackpot qu'offre la mort de Michael Jackson, Sony Music devra prouver que les bénéfices extraordinaires qu'elle va réaliser cette année ne vont pas principalement servir à augmenter les dividendes de ses actionnaires, mais bien à produire une quantité plus importante de nouveaux artistes, pour le bien de la diversité culturelle...

Les internautes et blogueurs de langue française ont pris le relais de l'information. En France, l'association SOS JUSTICE & DROITS DE L'HOMME a saisi le Parquet de Nice en la personne de son Procureur de la République, Monsieur Éric de Montgolfier, en date du 31 juillet 2009, d'une demande d'ouverture d'enquête criminelle au motif de préparation de génocide. D'autres initiatives de ce genre sont à prévoir.

Ces actions constituent un précédent qui met en lumière l'agenda d'une organisation ayant infiltré depuis très longtemps les hauts postes des multinationales, gouvernements, armées et médias. La tradition les nomme "Illuminati" et leur plan pour un "Nouvel Ordre Mondial" est avant tout une conquête d'ordre économique. Nous tenions par la présente à vous informer que l'Association SOS JUSTICE & DROITS DE L'HOMME a saisi le Parquet de Nice en la personne de son Procureur de la République, Monsieur Eric de Montgolfier, en date du 31 juillet 2009, d'une demande d'ouverture d'enquête criminelle au motif de : Préparation de Génocide.

Cette demande fait suite à une plainte que nous avons découvert, il y a quelques jours sur Internet qui a été déposée en avril 2009 auprès du FBI par Mme Jane Burgermeister, autrichienne, journaliste scientifique d'investigation.

Cette plainte a été déposée au motif de : "Programmation d'un crime de génocide" qui incrimine le vaccin contre la grippe H1N1 fabriqué actuellement dans les laboratoires pharmaceutiques US notamment, pour être une arme de destruction massive et de dépopulation de la planète. Ce plan s'inscrivant selon la plaignante dans les plans de réduction de la population mondiale par les élites : Illuminati qui prévoient de nous instaurer leur Nouvel Ordre Mondial.

Cette plainte est actuellement en cours d'instruction et les personnes mises en cause dans cette plainte sont :

1 - l'OMS (Organisation Mondiale de la Santé), qui dirige les opérations mondiales, des campagnes de vaccination, et qui nous abreuve de ses déclarations criminelles.

Gli "internauti" ed i "blogger" francofoni hanno fatto seguire l'informazione. In Francia l'associazione "S.O.S Justice et Droits de L'homme" ha informato la procura di Nizza nella persona del Procuratore della Repubblica , il Signor Eric de Montgolfier, il 31 Luglio 2009, di una richiesta di apertura d'inchiesta criminale con motivo di preparazione di genocidio. Altre iniziative di questo tipo sono prevedibile.

Queste azioni costituiscono un precedente che mette in luce l'agenda di un'organizzazione avendo infiltrato da molto tempo i posti più alti delle multinazionale, governi, eserciti e media. La tradizione li chiama "Illuminati" e il loro piano per un "Nuovo Ordine Mondiale" è sopratutto una conquista al livello economico. Il loro scopo è di imporre a tutto il pianeta una moneta unica ed interamente elettronica. Il loro ostacolo principale è la surpopolazione. La loro strategia è il segreto e la desinformazione.
